All POA Minutes from 1959 to present were scanned and converted to searchable PDF documents from the original Pine Orchard Association Minute logs located in the POA Office at 180 Pine Orchard Road. Listed below are those logs listed by year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31). The minutes from 1917 to 1958 are are not listed. However, they are maintained by the Blackstone Library along with a 1897 land record, the first POA minutes journal from 1903 and various journals related to zoning and the Pine Orchard Improvement Company.
