POA Board and Committee Meetings

The Pine Orchard Association (POA) Executive Board convenes and holds a public meeting six times a year. Each takes place at 7:00 PM in the Association’s offices at 180 Pine Orchard Road. These meetings provide the community an opportunity to meet face-to-face with the board and present concerns, ideas, or just catch up on the goings on about town.

In addition to the scheduled Executive Board Meeting, various POA Committees occasionally meet to address a wide range of issues. The Minutes for those meeting are listed below.

Soliciting Concerns

All concerns raised by any Pine Orchard Association member in an executed  letter or email to the board (or a board member), which includes the senders name &  address, will be noted as an agenda item and addressed by the Executive Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting —provided that the communication includes the sender’s name and address.

Past Years POA Executive Board Meeting Minutes

Per the POA Charter, the Association Clerk takes meeting minutes at each board meeting. These minutes are published to the POA website within 10 days as “Unapproved”;  they become approved once voted upon by the board at the next scheduled meeting.
