  2. Pursuant to the order of the Superior Court dated August 12, 2024 implementing the
    decision of the Supreme Court in Wihbey v. Zoning Board of Appeals of the Pine
    Orchard Association, No. SC20839, 2024 WL 3572739 (July 29, 2024), and the
    Appellate Court decision, Wihbey v. Zoning Board of Appeals of the Pine Orchard
    Association, 218 Conn. App. 356 (2022) the Pine Orchard Association Zoning Board of
    Appeals will consider and determine if Francis Wihbey established a lawful
    nonconforming use of 3 Crescent Bluff Ave in his appeal of the Zoning Enforcement
    Officer’s decision of August 16, 2019.
  3. Executive session to receive advice of counsel relative to item 2 above.
  4. To consider, discuss and if appropriate vote on item 2 above.
  5. Adjournment of Meeting
