BOARD

The Pine Orchard Association Executive Board is comprised of 12 volunteer members who have been nominated and voted into office by POA constituents – Prerequisites for serving on the board include owning real estate within the Association and being eighteen years of age or older. Board members volunteer their time with a desire, Per Section 2 of the Charter Board in order “to provide for the improvement of the lands in said district, and for the health, comfort, protection and convenience of persons living therein.” Board members serve three-year terms and a maximum of two consecutive terms (6 years total). All eligible residents are encouraged to become active participants.
